As part of enhancing the new customer service experience, we are scheduled to conclude JGR Loyalty Rewards on March 31st, 2024.
JGR members who have active reward points as of March 31st, 2024, will be promptly converted into digital e-vouchers* on your Joyalukkas App, following the prevailing point conversion rate.
E-vouchers will be redeemable only in the
generated countries for any jewelry purchase within a 6-month period until September 30th, 2024.
