EXCHANGE AND REFUND

If for any reason you receive your order and are not satisfied, we will gladly accept items for exchange or store credit within 14 days of your original purchase. Please note that the sales receipt and original packaging must be returned at the time of the exchange at any of our stores in the United Arab Emirates.

Additionally, the items must be returned to JOYALUKKAS in their original, unworn, undamaged, unaltered condition. Exchanges and store credits will not be permitted after 14 days. www.joyalukkas.com does not offer any refunds on returned items and only permits exchanges or store credit which is valid for 14 days from the time of your initial purchase.

Please be aware that any items that have been pre-ordered, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted for exchange or store credit unless determined defective. Some exclusions may apply.

SHIPMENT

Currently, we are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United Arab Emirates. We can deliver your order within 3-10 working days (Sunday – Thursday).

 

REPAIR POLICY

If you experience a problem with your jewelry, please bring the item to any of our stores in the United Arab Emirates, and we will arrange a repair as quickly as possible.

 

ACCOUNTS

When you create an account with us, you guarantee that you are above the age of 18 and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on the Site.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password, whether your password is with our Site or a third-party service. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity or that is not lawfully available for use, a name or trademark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity other than you, without appropriate authorization. You may not use as a username any name that is offensive, vulgar or obscene.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion.

 

PRICING POLICY

In the Website we have provided the currency United Arab Emirates Dirham.
Please note that all items listed are inclusive of 5% VAT.

All other potential surcharges are the responsibility of the customer. Should any such surcharges be applied, then the shipping provider will contact you for clearing them before releasing your order. Failure to pay these fees will cause the parcel to be returned to us at the customer’s cost.

Product prices are set at the beginning of each season, using existing currency exchange rates. The rates are subject to variation and may go up or down; therefore prices are subject to change if the applicable currency exchange rate changes before your order are accepted or the items are markdown at any time during the selling period.

Prices may change at any time due to markdowns or price changes advised by suppliers and vendors. These price changes can reflect at any time throughout the day and may result in the price of a Product increasing or decreasing. These markdowns can be permanent or temporary, and any changes in prices are at the discretion of JOYALUKKAS and are in line with pricing guidelines from suppliers and vendors.
